There are 10 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week. If you are looking in the $300k’s and you’d like a sunny home on a corner lot with an open floor plan, loft and a large yard we have a great listing at 2049 Uinta St.
There is also a new “Hale” floorplan from Thrive Home Builders available at 8012 E 50th Drive that looks interesting. It’s a very popular plan so I don’t expect that one will last long.
There were 16 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. Most of these homes went under contract in the first week so it feels like things are picking up after a bit of a slow July. (which is normal with people on vacations)

There are now 57 total active listings in Stapleton. This is down a little bit from the last few weeks which means things are picking up a bit.
