Head to Gymtegrity and Just Dance’s “Back to School” bash August 24th to learn more
If you’re a Stapleton parent like I am, you might have a child who loves to dance, run, sing, and bounce – and everything in between! If that sounds like your child, I want to invite you to visit my wonderful friends at Gymtegrity Gymnastics & Cheer and the new Just Dance studio, which is located inside Gymtegrity’s amazing 18,000 square foot gymnastics facility.
Gymtegrity and Just Dance are hosting a “Back to School” bash from 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM on Saturday, August 24th – and you’re invited! Gymtegrity is offering various kid and adult-friendly activities throughout the gym during the bash, while Just Dance will have dance demo classes running every 15 minutes for both children and adults. Coaches and instructors will also be available for any questions. I can’t think of a better way to meet the team and help you and your child get familiar with the amazing Just Dance and Gymtegrity communities!
Located just east of Northfield at 4720 Lima St., Denver, Colorado 80239 inside Gymtegrity, Just Dance – which is offering classes starting August 26th – is the dream of Stapleton moms Phoebe Smith and Miley Joyce. Miley and Phoebe came together to create an amazing 800 square foot dance studio space inside Gymtegrity (complete with full-length mirrors!) where you can let go, break free, and have fun through dance.
What I love about Just Dance is how Phoebe and Miley have created a dance fitness space that is a “come as you are,” no judgment zone, where you can find time for yourself and escape from your day-to-day responsibilities. It’s a place to enjoy yourself, laugh, and build community. I’m so excited to welcome Just Dance and its positive dance philosophy to the Stapleton community!
If you’re looking for exceptional gymnastics programs, look no further than Gymtegrity, which just celebrated its 3 year anniversary! Gymtegrity doesn’t just teach gymnastics – they teach their students essential life skills to help them thrive. Their expert coaches work to create a solid foundation so that students can grow, and they make it their mission to help students be successful inside and outside the gym.
Whether your child is a beginner or advanced gymnast, Gymtegrity has personalized programs to fit their needs, including a recreational program. They also offer affordable pricing and a friendly and fun environment.
I’m especially intrigued by Gymtegrity’s “Ninja” classes, which sound like a tremendous amount of fun! My boys love putting together their own ninja courses in our Conservatory Green backyard, and though this mom approves, this mom also cringes when she sees upside down bicycles, sideways lawn chairs, and more in the backyard. Gymtegrity’s “Ninja Stars Plus” course combines obstacle courses, free-movement, and parkour basics all on soft padded equipment. Your child will learn balance as they maneuver through obstacles and confidence in fundamental movement skills while having fun and staying physically active.
Owned by Michelle Sampson, Gymtegrity has special events including Parents’ Night Outs and Overnights (for Halloween, New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s!), School Day Out and Break Camps, and book Birthday Parties and private events.
