(Notes: The Spring selling season continues! We are seeing a nice little uptick in available homes which is much needed in this tight market. There are 19 new resale listings this week. Of the 19 new listings 13 are in the $300k’s and $400k’s price range which is great because buyers in those price points have had a hard time finding a home lately.
(Notes: 18 homes went under contract this week which has been our typical pace lately. So 19 new ones just came on and 18 are gone on average in a week! Still points to a very tight market in terms of available home inventory. Other than the million dollar listing that took a while to sell, everything else was under contract within roughly the first week.
(Notes: There were 11 sales this week that closed which is on pace with what we’ve been seeing lately.)
There are now 48 total active listings in Stapleton, which is up just a bit from what has been available over the last few months. Of the 48 total, 26 are in the $400k’s and $500k’s price range which is good to see. If that’s your price range and you’ve been frustrated by a lack of options it may be time to get out there and take a tour.
