This stunning home features some of the most beautiful westward views I’ve ever seen in Stapleton. Priced at $585,000, this home features three large bedrooms, four bathrooms and is 2,682 square feet. High-end finishes are found throughout the home. The main floor is open and spacious. The backyard landscaping is awesome complete with a mature hops vine!

Quick Move-In New Construction
These past few weeks the Scoop has been spending time with all the builders in Stapleton to know what the availability of these homes is so we can tell all of you wonderful readers about it.
David Weekley has four row homes remaining: one in Conservatory Green (former model home), two in the North End (stunning west-facing views), and two in Bluff Lake (zoned for Denver Public Schools).
The home in Conservatory Green is turn-key ready. It is priced at $599,990. The remaining homes will be complete mid-fall to early 2020. They range in price from $524,918 to $599,500.
Check out my tour of a row home.
If you are wanting a ranch-style home, Boulder Creek has a few remaining homes available in Bluff Lake. There are three ready to move in now and three which will be finished towards the end of the year. I like the design and functionality of the Boulder Creek Patio Homes. These homes are between 2-3 bedrooms (optional fourth bedroom) and 2,504 square feet. They range in price from $599,000 up to $678,000.

Looking to make a little extra income on renting out a space? Looking to have grandma and grandpa move in? Need a live-in nanny? If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Lennar Nextgen Suite is a fantastic choice. If you’re not familiar with what a Nextgen Suite is, Joe breaks it down in this blog post.
The Independence floorplan features four bedrooms, four bathrooms over 4,000 square feet and is available for $710,876. It is on track to be move-in ready in September.
The Stapleton market is still moving quickly. The difference in a home sitting on the market for a few days (or even hours) versus sitting for a few weeks heavily matters on how competitive the price is and how well the home is staged. Out of these 13 homes currently under contract, six of them went within a week of going on the market.

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Stapleton, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
