This Week In Stapleton Real Estate

Brace yourself Stapleton real estate fans, because even though we’re already halfway through June, the summer real estate season is in high gear! We expect the remainder of the month to be busy with new homes coming on the market and the best listings selling quickly (sometimes the same day the home is listed). Stapleton real estate tends to slow a touch in July and August, but until then get ready because it’s going to be a hot few weeks!

New Stapleton Listings This Week
As we head into Father’s Day weekend, the market has 12 new listings (potential gifts?) for you!

With 42 active resale listings this week, its likely you’ll find something to love. Don’t forget about all the new construction options! A few builders still have available lots in Beeler Park and there are a number of perfect of “quick move-in” homes.  If you’re looking in Bluff Lake, be sure to check out Thrive’s Solaris III collection with 5 remaining lots (including a corner lot Platte floorplan) coming in at about $595,000-$620,000 including design finishes AND a finished basement!
