The pools are open, school is out and it’s time to enjoy the summer in Stapleton! So many great listings this week – and what better time to make a move with all the summer activities upon us? Speaking of awesome summer fun – don’t forget to check out family nights at the pools starting June 3! Pools will be open until 7:45pm on each designated day: Monday – Jet Stream, Tuesday – Puddle Jumper, Wednesday – F 15 & Maverick, Thursday – Aviator.
On another note, if you are concerned that your roof may have been damaged in our recent hail storm, I’d like to recommend Ben Rogers of Skyline Roofing & Exteriors, (303) 870-9265. There is no cost to have him come out to assess if your home would be approved for an insurance claim. He’s done a great job for some Focus clients and team members.
Now on to the update!
21 New Stapleton Listings This Week
Oh yes, you read that right – 21! Check out these two standout listings:
8152 E 50th Drive – David Weekley’s largest and most popular floorplan is available in Conservatory Green, and it’s packed with upgrades! Free-standing master tub, custom built-ins, fireplace, craft room, wet bar and a large office? Yes please! Although the features of the home will no doubt impress – it’s the location that you’ll really love. Wonderfully tucked in, but walkable to a fantastic pocket park playground (only 3 doors down), on block from community gardens (where plots are actually available!) and one block from the huge Prairie Meadow Park. Oh, and of course you can walk to Torchy’s Tacos, Conservatory Green concert space, Maverick Pool and more. Listed at $629,500 it’s less than building new – but has all the benefits of the awesome Conservatory Green neighborhood!
8131 E 33rd Avenue – I love big Parkwoods and I love those awesome mews/parks in Central Park West – so how couldn’t I be in love with Marissa Ross’s listing? Stylish and highly upgraded with a kitchen to die for, huge master bedroom and the coveted finished third floor (check out the super cool mural up there!), this home gives you the space you need with the opportunity to finish the basement the way you want! Imagine hanging out on your gracious porch while the kiddos play in your own secret park. Yep, that’s the sound of me being totally jealous. Listed at $950,000, this exceptional home is ready to welcome a lucky family!
Open House Mania!
As you may have guessed, with so many new listings this week and plenty of homes to choose from – we also have tons of open houses in the neighborhood!
Come visit me and our friend Ashley Faller in Eastbridge at 2899 Emporia Court’s open house from 12-3p Saturday or 11-2p Sunday (PS, we’ll have Constellation Ice Cream coupons!) Check out the other 18 properties with open houses here! What a great weekend to get out and do a little house hunting!

Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Stapleton, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
