This Week in Stapleton Real Estate

New Stapleton Listings this Week

There are 10 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week.  It’s a good mix of property types.  Properties like 3380 Xanthia Ct, 5044 Tamarac St & 3249 Uinta St will fit plenty of Stapleton buyers looking in the $500k’s and $600k’s.  We also have the KB model home for sale in Conservatory Green, we have a few ranch plans and we have an affordable income qualified home.  Little something for everyone!

Under Contract Stapleton Homes this Week

There were 18 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week.  With only 25 total actives on the market that means our inventory is still almost completely turning over each week.  That means the spring selling season is in full effect.  Almost all of these homes, with the exception of a few that may have started with pricing that was too high, sold in the first week of being on the market.

There were 11 sales that closed this week in Stapleton.

With 26 total active listings in Stapleton in all price ranges we’re still very low.  Especially considering 18 went under contract last week alone!  The buyers are out there, we just need more sellers still.  Note that below $500k there are only 3 total active listings in Stapleton.  That’s a short home tour if you’re looking in that price range.

Resale Stapleton Buyer & Seller Needs

In addition to what you see on the market, we also have active buyer and seller needs I wanted to share with you.
