The featured image is the mountain view from the third floor deck on a three story David Weekley Home available now for $589,000. (that’s $168/finished sf which is a great value!) Here is more info.
Note that this post is mainly focused on the Stapleton “resale” market, if you want info on the latest inventory update from Stapleton’s 9 builders try our Builder Updates Section.

There are 9 new listings hit the Stapleton market this week. No matter where you are looking price wise, from $200k’s to $800k’s, there are new options in each price range this week which is nice. If you’re looking for a condo in the $200k’s the new one at 2205 Beeler St is worth checking out.
There were 11 homes that went under contract this week. Every single one of these went under contract in less than one week and most went in the first 3-4 days! The market is still strong and low inventory has buyers jumping on well priced homes very quickly.
There were just 3 closed sale this week.
There are now 30 active resale listings in Stapleton. That is up just a tick from the recent low of 20. Hopefully this will be the start of a spring trend where we get a few more options available on the market for buyers.
