This week we again had just 1 new resale listing. Not real exciting if you’re an active Stapleton buyer but read on because at the end I’ll include a list of several off market homes that you may want to know about!
One interesting new build product came on-line this week that is worth mentioning. It’s David Weekley’s new row home series and they’re building 8 homes South of I-70 and 20 North of I-70. Here is a post I just did on this series with plans, pricing, locations, etc.
