This week we have 11 new resale homes that hit the market. This has been the normal fall pace in terms of about how many deals hit the market each week.
If you’re looking in the $400k’s I’d check out the new listing at 2961 Fulton St. It’s listed for $479.9k. It has 4 beds, 4 baths, a yard and a finished basement. That seems priced to sell quickly.
If you like Parkwood, I’d check out the new listing at 2808 Ironton. Very open main level, beautiful finishes (cool colors, white kitchen,etc), classic East coast exterior and 4 bedrooms upstairs.
There were 10 homes that went under contract this week. That equates to roughly 40 homes going under contract per month and we have 47 total homes active in Stapleton now so we have just over one month worth of inventory. That is still a strong seller’s market.
There were 6 sales this week that closed.
There are now 47 total active resale listings in Stapleton, this is on track with what we’ve been seeing for inventory in the fall.
