Standard Pacific Homes has single family detached homes available in Stapleton both North and South of I-70! Here is a quick post to bring you up to speed on what’s available.
The “Vines” collection is what Standard Pacific built South of I-70 in Stapleton and they still have 4 homes available at this time! Great opportunity for someone looking to build in Stapleton who wants to be in “existing” Stapleton. There are very limited opportunities in this area so you may want to check these 4 lots outs. The 4 homesites are all in the Bluff Lake area of Stapleton. They are in a cluster of homes across from the new elementary school, Isabella Bird. There are several things to love about these lots, first they are huge for Stapleton standards, ranging from 7,300 sf to 9,300 sf! The shape of the lots is nice too, they provide really open and rectangular backyards which can be rare in Stapleton. They have two Mount Vernon plans available and two Huntington II plans available. One potential downside is the homes have already been preselected to have finished basements, which may not suite all buyers. Two are available for completion in August and two in October/November. These homes are a good fit for those buyers who are looking for large lots, South of I-70, finished basements for low to mid $600k’s. One of the lots will likely have an amazing view west of the mountains because it is across from the playground of the new school, so there are no homes blocking the view! (any time I mention a view I have to say there are no guaranties…it just looks like the view will be great) Another lot is 9,300 sf and is across from a pocket park! The “Bloom” Series is Standard Pacific’s new series they are building in Conservatory Green, North of I-70. They have 3 Larkspur plans, 3 Cosmos plans and 3 Poppy plans available now that will be completed between April and December. These homes will all end up being high $500k’s to mid $600k’s once finishes are selected. With the lack of home inventory in the Stapleton market I don’t expect these homes to last long.
