If you live in Stapleton you probably know that’s there’s no shortage of new(ish) tasty restaurants… there’s also no shortage of tacos. But Los Chingones is not your average taco shop or Mexican restaurant. Los Chingones Stapleton is part of Troy Guard’s family of restaurants (TAG Restaurant Group) located in Eastbridge Town Center in Denver’s Stapleton Neighborhood. Los Chingones offers a creative and delicious take on “badass” Mexican food in a unique yet casual dining atmosphere. Los Stapleton has undergone some recent changes that we are excited to share with you.
New Menu
If you haven’t been in to Los in awhile, now is the time! They recently launched an exciting new menu with several additions, as well as a new twist on some of your old favorites. The new menu features fajitas, enchiladas, bowls, burgers, a chicken sandwich, burritos and more! Oh, and did we mention the pork green chili?!? If you’ve ever had the pleasure of a burger from Tag, you know that these new burger options can’t be bad! Take your pick from several options, including your classic cheeseburger, mushroom burger, and one with some Mexican flare! You can also choose from a variety of new fajita options or create a burrito or burrito bowl.
For the Kids
They didn’t just “spice up” the menu for the adults, the new kids menu includes an entree, drink, two sides, and a cookie for a smokin’ deal of $5! Entree options include an enchilada, burrito, tacos, quesadilla, corndogs, or hamburger. There’s sure to be something to please even your pickiest eater!
Happy Hour
And don’t forget about Happy Hour! Monday – Thursday from 4pm – 6pm and Friday from 3pm – 6pm you’ll find food specials, a $5 Los Marg, $2 off beer & wine, and more! What’s not happy about that?
