Don’t let the chilly temps keep you from finding out what’s happening in Stapleton Real Estate this week! We have great new listings to share along with some helpful information on how to build a home (hopefully with us as your Realtor!).
Stapleton had 10 new listings enter the market. Check out 11067 E. 26th Ave in the Bluff Lake neighborhood of Stapleton! This rare 4 bedroom ranch by Wonderland is open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a serene outdoor space with fenced backyard & patio. It’s located within the Stapleton Denver public school district and walkable to Stanley Marketplace and Eastbridge Town Center. Plus it’s just a 5-minute commute to Anschutz Medical Campus. This weekend, we’ll be holding it open for you to see in person on Sunday from 11-2. If you can’t make it by this weekend, here’s a self-guided 360 tour so you can picture yourself in this fantastic home! Listed by Joe Phillips with Focus Real Estate for $559,900.
This past week, 15 homes went under contract. At the beginning of the year into summer, we saw homes go under contract within hours of listing. Now, the timeline is a bit longer. On average, Stapleton homes and most of Denver are taking 25 days to go under contract. The average is being pulled up by the overpriced homes that are sitting longer than they should. Having a realtor that knows the market can help get your home sold faster and at the best price.
Not finding what you’re looking for in the resale market? Maybe Wonderland Homes has the right house for you in North End. They’re about to release lots in 4 different home series with prices from the high $300k’s to the mid $600k’s. Get the scoop on their homes, their VIP informational event about the homes tomorrow and the up-coming release, courtesy of my teammate Mariel Ross at Focus Real Estate who wrote this Wonderland update post.
