Northfield Hosts Black Friday, Break the Ice, and the Stapleton Holiday Bazaar!

Convenience is one of the reasons we live in Stapleton, and with retailer centers located throughout our neighborhood, the hassle of holiday shopping is much easier. Thanks to our friends at The Shops at Northfield, this is true even on Black Friday.  To ignite your holiday spirit, they are offering extended operating hours on Black Friday, November 29 from 9AM – 9PM, during which they will be surprising shoppers with $25 gift cards!

***Update: Due to the anticipated severe weather conditions, it has been decided that for the safety of our guests and talent, we have to cancel Break the Ice, scheduled Saturday, November 30. We appreciate your understanding. Please stay tuned as we plan to have special events at the ice rink throughout the holiday season. ***

To kick-off the holiday season and the grand opening of the WinterSkate ice rink, The Shops at Northfield is hosting Break the Ice.  Festivities will include skating with Santa (yes, the Big Guy skates), holiday crafts, aerial performances (reindeer maybe?) and more!  The celebration is scheduled for Saturday, November 30 from 4:30-6:30 PM (Cancelled).

Northfield will also host the Stapleton Holiday Bazaar, running Friday, Nov. 29 – Sunday, Dec. 1, featuring 60+ craft vendors, fashions and food trucks, live entertainment, and as with all things Denver, holiday-themed libations and craft beer and wine tastings.  Admission to the bazaar is free, but you can purchase Shop & Sip tickets here for $25 to enjoy unlimited samples of local beer, wine, and seltzer while you shop from 5PM – 8PM on Friday & Saturday night.

Bazaar Hours:

Friday, November 29: Black Friday | 12PM – 8PM
Saturday, November 30: Small Business Saturday | 12PM – 8PM
Sunday, December 1: Sunday Shopping & Sipping | 11AM – 5PM

These events are sure to help you check a few people off your shopping list while enjoying the spirit of the season. Cheers everyone!

Check your Bazaar dates and the skating day. There is no Nov 31st and Nov 30 isn’t a Friday. People are going to be very confused!
