There are 5 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week. Not enough to keep up with the 18 homes that went under contract in Stapleton last week alone!
As I mentioned, there were 18 homes that went under contract this week. Many of them flew off the market as soon as they came on so buyers need to be ready to write offers the same day.
There were 6 closed sale this week.
There are just 20 active resale listings in Stapleton. This is as low as the inventory has been so hopefully more sellers will hit the market soon to balance out the supply and demand a little bit. As of right now we have well under one month worth of inventory and a balanced market is about 6 months of inventory. So still a strong seller’s market right now.
