Good news, 15 new listings hit the market this week in Stapleton! Check out all those plus the latest under contract and sold homes from around the neighborhood in our weekly update.
As I mentioned, there are 15 new listings this week in Stapleton. That’s significant because last week we had a total of 33 active listings…so 15 new ones really helps!
There are a handful of interesting new homes to check out…
First, I love the two lofts that NPRE just listed at 2958 Syracuse St #304 and #410 in the town center. They face right onto Founder’s Green so they’re highly walkable and they have those awesome walls of glass so they’re full of natural light.
If you’re looking in the $500k’s check out our new listing at 7902 E 49th Pl. It’s courtyard facing and it also has a private yard/patio perfect for a little outdoor dining. Amazing finishes, nearly 3,000 finished sf, 4 bedrooms, mountain views & a finished basement with a wet bar!
Lastly, if you want a single family home and you’re trying to stay under $500k you should take a look at 2716 Tamarac St. It’s $499k and it features an open concept main level, over 2,000 finished sf, a finished basement and the best part is the location. It faces onto the Aviator park/pool and you can walk to the town center! Plus this part of the neighborhood has beautiful mature trees.
There were 7 Stapleton homes that went under contract in the last week. Most of them sold in less than a week so well priced homes that show well will still move quickly.
Of the 7 I really loved the Wonderland home at 5041 Valentia St. Love the open layout, sleek finishes and great courtyard for around $525k. Not surprised it was gone in just 4 days.

There was a Lennar “Generations” home (the ones that have those cool “mother in law” suites!) that sold at 5203 Chester St, which is one of the first resales of Lennar in the neighborhood, so that was interesting to see. If you like the idea of a home with a separate apartment check out the new listing this week at 9356 E 51st Drive. We have a carriage house similar to these and love the flexibility/cash flow they can provide.
There are now 43 total active listings in the neighborhood in all price ranges.
