Happy start-of-summer Stapleton! Well, ok, summer doesn’t officially begin until the summer solstice on June 21st, but with school years ending, Stapleton’s pools opening, and temperatures hitting 90 degrees, I think it’s fair to say the summer real estate season in Stapleton has officially kicked off! This is going to be fun!
There are 20 new listings in Stapleton this week! Wow! With so many great homes to choose from, it’s tough to pick only 3 to feature – but I’ll give it a shot…
Big classic home, amazing location: 2834 Galena Street. This McStain has it all – great curb appeal (complete with a classic red front door!), a gorgeous new white kitchen with highly upgraded quartz stainless steel appliances, a large finished basement that functions as a perfect multi-purpose space (playroom? man cave? yoga studio?), and a beautiful backyard. Listed at $739,000 by our friend John Baldree with Realty One, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is only two blocks from F-15 pool with Eastbridge Town Center just a steps away. I’m picturing summer weekend afternoons at the pool followed by a short stroll to Eastbridge for happy hour. This one has the location you’ve been hoping for along with outstanding private outdoor spaces and exceptional updates!
Exceptional outdoor space and cool designer touches: The first thing you’ll notice about 3210 Spruce Street is the large front porch that faces a beautiful private courtyard. The porch is large enough for entertaining space and an oversized porch swing. When you’re not enjoying the front porch, you’ll likely be spending time on the back patio or under the large gazebo. This 3 bedroom + loft (which could easily be closed in to make a 4th bedroom), 3.5 bath home has great outdoor space both in the front and back! Listed by Roet Realty for $599,000, be sure to check out the incredible tiling in the master bathroom and the bold, blue kitchen island in this beautiful Wonderland.
Move-in ready for the whole family: Just a short walk away from Central Park and Punch Bowl Social is another cute Wonderland! Located at 8422 E. 29th Place, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home faces a private courtyard and features large bedrooms and excellent outdoor patio space. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and (my favorite) classic white cabinets. Listed for $595,000 by Melinda & Ashley Howlett at NPRE, this one should go quick!
BUT WAIT – THERE’S MORE!
Did you know that Parkwood Homes is ready to sell their fabulous model homes in Conservatory Green? Oh yes, that fabulous Asheville on 50th Avenue or the be-decked wonder of a Belmont on 49th Place could be yours! Email me ASAP at email@example.com for more details as this information is not yet publicly available!
9 homes went under contract last week with most of those on the market for over a month. So yes – it does still happen in this market that a home isn’t instantly under contract – and in many cases this may be due to a special feature of the house that may not be right for every buyer or a unique circumstance. So if you see a great home on the market for multiple weeks and wonder “whats wrong with it?” – the answer may be nothing wrong at all! It might just be waiting for the right buyer.
16 Stapleton homes closed this week – check them out at the link above!

Disclaimer: Our Friday real estate updates are meant to be a “roundup” type post where we discuss all listings in Stapleton, not just our own. It’s our way of making sure we follow the market closely and we share it with the Scoop readers because we know many of you like to track real estate in the area as well. Many of the listings in these posts are not our company’s listings and we wanted to mention that here to make sure it’s clear. Thanks for reading the Scoop!
