There are 12 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week. Several new options in the $300k’s, $400k’s and $500k’s which are hot price points.
3129 Fulton St looks like the new listing that will be gone this weekend. Listed for $475k, it has 4 beds, 4 baths and a finished basement.
There were 16 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. Very active, seems like buyers are back from Spring break and back to looking for their next home. With 70 degree weather I expect this weekend to be very busy as well.
There were 10 closed sale this week. As you’ll see if you scroll through them the appreciation in the area has been very strong over the last year.
With 37 total active listings which is still more inventory than usual. I think after this 70 degree weather weekend the inventory should be down quite a bit.
