Happy February Stapleton! I hope you’ve been enjoying our snow/sun cycles the last couple weeks. Even with our unpredictable Colorado weather, I’m sure thankful to be in our sunny climate when I see jeans frozen in the street in Minnesota! Eeek! Well never fear, we have some pleasant home-shopping weather on tap for this weekend, and lots of listings to check out!

What a great selection of listings this week! Ranging in price from $201,250 to $996,500, there’s something for every budget this week, but here are my 3 standouts for the week!

You may have noticed that 2 of my favorites this week are Parkwood Homes, but out of the 44 resale listings on the market this week – there are still only 4 Parkwood listings (and that’s more than we’ve seen in a while). Many of my colleagues and I joke about what a unicorn an updated or newer Parkwood is, but this week gives us hope! So, whether you currently own a beautiful Parkwood and are thinking about selling (please let me know if you are!) or are thinking about building a new one in Stapleton’s last neighborhood, North End (which I’d love to help you with – it’s my specialty!) just know that you have a limited and desirable asset under that roof of yours!
