To start, Boulder Creek wants you to know that these homes are not tiny homes! The difference? wee-Cottages were designed to allow for standard sized furniture, appliances, cabinets, etc – not the small custom-made (and quite pricey) furniture and appliances you’ve seen on HGTV’s Tiny House Hunters. Why is this important? Standard furniture sizes and appliances are much less expensive than custom tiny sizes – which means they are easier to repair/replace/reuse when the time comes! If you’re downsizing or moving from a rental – it’s highly likely that your current refrigerator, washer/dryer and furniture will fit just fine.
