David Weekley, like the rest of the builders in Stapleton, is largely focused on selling homes in the Conservatory Green neighborhood North of I-70 but they are one of the few builders to still be selling South of I-70 as well.
For those of you not aware, Conservatory Green is Stapleton’s next neighborhood and it’s unique because its the first Stapleton neighborhood to be built North of I-70 now that the South side is nearly built out. Check out what Weekley has to offer below and if you have questions or you’d like help finding the right Stapleton home that fits your needs my contact info is at the bottom. Keep in mind I don’t work for any one builder in Stapleton so I can show you new or resale homes!
So what is David Weekley currently offering buyers?
In Conservatory Green they have two new series with all new floor plans and exteriors!
First, they have the Cottages Collection which is their detached single family series in Conservatory Green. They have 4 new plans in this series and they range in square footage from 1,634 – 1,912. Models are now open for you to tour located near the intersection of 49th Place and Trenton St. For those of you following along from previous areas this is a little smaller footprint than the homes they built in Central Park West. The base price range is in the very high $300k’s to lower $40ok’s but buyers can expect to be in the mid – high $400k’s by the time they pick finishes, add lot premiums in and potentially finish the basement.

This is a good series for someone looking to get into the area in a detached single family home that doesn’t need or want too much square footage. My guess is some buyers, especially those wanting a little room for the kids, may find a few of these floor plans just too tight. Click here to see the floor plans for the Cottages Collection.
In addition to the detached homes Weekley will also be offering Paired Villas (think duplex) in Conservatory Green. This is a new product for Weekley in the area. The paired villa series will have two story floor plans with square footage ranging from 1,482 – 1,621. The base prices will be in the low to mid $300k’s. Both floor plans will include unfinished basements and 2 car garages. The main floor on all plans consists of a great room (open living/dining/kitchen) as well as a powder room and then the bedrooms are all upstairs. No main floor master bedrooms on these plans. Each plan also has optional wrap around porch which I think is a really cool option that will make the floor plan live a little larger. These plans are a good option for people looking to buy new in Stapleton and stay below $400k. To check out the floor plans and pictures of the Paired Villa Collection click here.
South of I-70 David Weekley has single family home lots for sale in Bluff Lake know as the “Peak Series”. These lots will feature a new series they just created which has four unique floor plans. These homes all have at least 2,000 sf above grade and they will be situated on lots near a pocket park and also very close to Isabella Bird, the new elementary. These homes will start in the low $400k’s and end in the low to mid $500k’s depending on finishes, etc. These will be some of the last single family homes to be built south of I-70 in Stapleton. These plans aren’t available on-line yet but I have packets of info that I can share. For more info on these homes click here.
If I can be of service as you look for the right Stapleton home please give me a call or shoot me an email. I’m independent and unaffiliated with any builder so I can show you all the homes from the 9 active new home builders and resale homes. I’d love to grab coffee at Udi’s in Stapleton and talk about what you’re looking for in your ideal home. Having a knowledgeable local agent is critical, especially in this market where inventory is tight and homes are moving quickly.
