This Week in Stapleton Real Estate

Happy almost Halloween!  This week’s real estate update skips the tricks and gets right to the treats with 6 new listings and a couple of new construction homes ready to move-in as early as November!

But first – in the spirit of Halloween – how about a quick real estate ghost story?  This one is from Monette Chain, a real estate agent in Oklahoma City as reporter to Realtor.com:  “There was an old two-story house in my area that was on the market for a long time—a real fixer-upper in a hot neighborhood. It was eerie: Floors weren’t level, squeaky steps, the works. When I was inside, I felt like someone was watching me, and it wanted me to leave. It was when I noticed a light in the basement that I calmly walked right out … because the house had no electricity.”

Eeek!  Creepy!  So glad I’m usually in Stapleton with all our lovely not-haunted listings!

New Stapleton Listings This Week

4 Stapleton homes closed over the past week.  These 4 townhomes went under contract in about a week and all sold for under $600,000.  9123 E 29th Place is one of those exceptional paired homes that lives like a single family home.  I hope we see more of these soon!
