Here are the latest active, under contract and sold homes in Stapleton from this week.
There are 14 new listings that hit the Stapleton market this week. A few of them stand out to me.
First, I have to mention the modern town home we just listed at 3014 Galena St for $347,500. It’s just steps to the new restaurants, shops, grocery store (& Little Man ice cream!) at the Eastbridge Town Center. It’s also a short bike ride to F-15 pool and the Stanley Marketplace. The main photo for this blog post is the view from the balcony off the living room! It’s beautiful and should be sold by the end of the weekend at this price. check it out here. (Side note: thanks to Wendy Largey who has been doing an amazing job staging homes for me..she pulled this one off in a week! If you need staging or just design help you can find Wendy on her “Details in Bloom” Facebook page)
Second, if you love the Parkwood “Asheville” plan one was just listed at 8055 E 49th Dr. With 4 beds up, a 5th in the basement and over 4,600 finished sf this one is huge and very open.
Lastly, the home at 2733 Havana St (which sits back off of Havana) has 4 bedrooms upstairs, which can be tricky to find below $700k.
Check all 3 of these out and more in the link above for active listings.
There were 11 Stapleton homes that went under contract this week. Of the 11, 6 were sold in the first week. Buyers are out and paying attention even though it’s Fall. That said, if you’re going to list your home getting it on before the weather turns does help.
There were 11 closed sales this week in Stapleton. If one peeks your interest and you’d like some comparable sales or a valuation on your Stapleton home I’m here to help.
Just want to peruse through all the listings? This is the spot for you. There are now 41 total active listings in Stapleton. Still low inventory. The one that is intriguing to me right now is the Parkwood home at 2840 Hanover St. $695k now on the price and it’s a corner lot, wrap around porch, huge trees, over 3,400 finished sf, hardwood floors galore on 2 levels, on F15 pool & park, walking distance to Eastbridge Town Center and short bike ride to Stanley. I think that’s a good value for someone.
